Glycolic acid is a type of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that’s derived from sugar cane.

Glycolic acid is an exfoliant. It helps shed dead skin cells and reveal the newer and brighter skin.

It is recommended to use it in a face wash at 1-20% (final concentration of glycolic acid).

PH range: 0.5-2
